2. The service
ObieFlow helps you create, review, and publish social media content.
The service includes generating posts, creating images, and scheduling content for your social media channels. All content is presented to you for review before it is published.
3. AI-generated content
ObieFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate content, including text and images.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not fully aligned with your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing all content before approving it for publication.
ObieFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. The service should not be relied on for legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. You are solely responsible for any content that is approved and published through your account.
You agree to:

8. Payments and plans
Some features of ObieFlow are paid. Pricing and plan details are available on our website.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your account may revert to a free plan where available.
If you sign up during an early access period, your pricing at the time of signup will remain in effect for as long as you stay on that plan.
9. Third-party platforms
ObieFlow may integrate with third-party platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party platform policies
- Platform outages or disruptions
- Actions taken by third-party platforms on your account or content
10. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. No guarantees
ObieFlow does not guarantee any specific results from using the service, including engagement, reach, or business outcomes.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObieFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us.
You can stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
